My first attempt at baking vegan cinnamon buns. I am so impressed with the outcome but I improvised on the syrup as I was out of chocolate and cocomels. Blueberry black currant compote to the rescue ❤️ suggested by the hubby!
The compote doesn't drench the buns as you require to get those soggy Cinnabon like feel but it gives this cross over feel between scones and a cinnamon bun. That totally floats my boat so I'm not complaining and neither is my hubby.
