It’s always easier to just pick up fruits and veggies you need at a local supermarket along with your usual shopping but, there’s something about scouring the open stalls at the fruit and vegetable market, making through the haggling customers among the bright ripe produce!

We happened to have picked up way too many cherries and I had so much fun cooking up this vegan pie❤️. With its oat and banana based crust, this made for one tasty and healthy dessert. Another hit with the vegan hubby.
