Vegan baklava

I don’t know if it has anything to do with having being brought up in the ME but I absolutely love these gooey, flakey, crispy desserts and the same applies to my hubby so I decided to veganise them.

The result was unbelievably close to the original, maybe just a strong coconut taste from all the oil I used instead of the traditional ghee but other than that…I’m quite impressed.
