Another vegan indulgence with the start of the wonderful winter months.
This is a recreation of the recipe by the amazing Ella Mills. The only thing I changed was using almond butter instead of the recommended cashew butter. It isn’t as smooth as cashew but works just fine. It does not take away from the taste and I’m in love with this season appropriate pecan pie ❤️
