From the very first bite into my first tiramisu that I ever had I was in Italian heaven. I fell in love with the coffee moistened lady fingers covered in the creamy mascarpone only to be generously dusted in cocoa powder.
Since my husband turned vegan, I have been working to veganise any and every dessert and I can’t stress enough how I’m love I am with this vegan version of the classic italics dessert.
In this case a soft vanilla sponge cake is cut to act as the lady fingers and the creamy goodness is made from cashews and coconut cream.
