As of recent I have started a keto diet and my sugar fixes or lack thereof have sent me web surfing for keto desserts and then I happened upon these lovely smooth cheesecake recipes.
This one is a classic take on the New York style cheesecake without the sugar of course and for the crust it has almond flour and coconut flour. Buttery crust and creamy filling checked all the boxes for me and my tastebuds.
Anyone who knows me understands my undying love for chocolate and hence I had to attempt to make one. This was a no bake version and although the crust isn’t my most favorite I am pretty happy with the filling. But I’d still prefer the classic baked version that is until I work on a better chocolate based recipe.
